These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of digital products from Quantum Boost CRM ("Company" or "we") by you, the client ("Client" or "you").

Ownership and License

Quantum Boost CRM owns all digital products, services, templates, automations, CRM configurations, and all other intellectual property we create or deliver. When you purchase our products, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them solely for your internal business purposes.

You cannot reproduce, modify, resell, distribute, or sublicense any of our materials without our prior written permission.

Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing us with 30 days' written notice via email. Your notice must include your name, business name (if applicable), and your intent to terminate.

Upon termination, you are still responsible for paying any outstanding fees. Any digital products we delivered to you before termination remain our property under the terms of the license granted in this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Quantum Boost CRM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use, misuse, ability to use, or results of using any product, service, or system we provide. This limitation applies even if litigation arises.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • • Loss of revenue or profits
  • • Loss or corruption of data
  • • System downtime or service interruption
  • • Your misuse or misconfiguration of the product
  • • Actions taken by third parties or your employees

Once a product is delivered, you are fully responsible for its proper use, security, implementation, and performance. Quantum Boost CRM expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. We will not issue refunds once a product is delivered, regardless of client dissatisfaction, operational challenges, or inability to implement the product.

Good Faith Support

While we assume no liability, Quantum Boost CRM may, at our discretion, attempt to resolve issues or concerns you report. Such efforts do not mean we admit fault or liability.

If issues arise, you must notify us in writing within 7 business days of delivery. Please note that our support efforts do not guarantee a correction or a specific response time.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum Boost CRM, its owners, affiliates, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from or are connected with:

  • • Your use or misuse of any delivered product
  • • Your breach of this Agreement
  • • Any third-party claim resulting from your actions

Force Majeure

Quantum Boost CRM is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions.
